Sussegado teams up with Dhumi to resolve the operational constraints in managing multi-order platforms and a branding strategy to increase their reach in Goa.

The Client
Sussegado is a heritage restaurant in Goa that celebrates tradition in a 200-year-old family home. Highly recommended for the authentic Goan seafood with nostalgia all around since 2005.
The Challenge
With the growing popularity of online food delivery apps, Sussegado faced challenges in its order management infrastructure due to the sudden growth in the number of orders. Record-keeping systems and manual data entry were decreasing in accuracy.
Key Pain Points
Delay in data synchronisation due to the presence of multiple order channels.
Repeated errors and discrepancies in manual logging.
Absence of a revenue tracking dashboard.
No Automation of reporting pipelines.
Lack of brand presence
The Solution
Dhumi understood the requirement and created an ecommerce platform for the client to track the metrics of the business. Keeping the pain points in mind, the platform was customised as per the needs. The data on the orders automatically reflected on the system, along with the categories of order channels and revenue generated. Dhumi created a brand strategy for Sussegado, focusing on the experience they offer, along with their authentic Goan food.
The Result
The ecommerce platform helped consolidate the data of the business, keeping the history of the record intact. It also created a custom real-time analytics dashboard for the client, transforming raw order data into intuitive visual insights. It enabled Sussegado's management to monitor KPIs, track order trends, and make data-driven decisions without requiring any technical expertise. Sussegado averaged 20 Swiggy orders and 15 Zomato orders per day. Post-automation, combined with an efficient digital branding strategy, daily order volumes surged to 30+ on Swiggy and 25+ on Zomato, reflecting a 57% overall increase in combined orders in a month.
