Refund eligibility depends on the service and stage of work, as agreed in your engagement terms.
2. Non-refundable items
Work already delivered and third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

Email info@dhumi.com with your engagement details and the reason for the request.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timeline agreed.
5. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date shows the latest version.
